Help with phone not turning on

I did a battery pull on my bb pearl last night and its won't turn back on. A red light will come on like its about to turn on and then nothing happens.. I've pulled and repulled that battery and its just a pos. I really am not fond of BB ever since I got this phone. It has been nothing but trouble!

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Are there any solutions or is it just a done phone?

Could it be a bad battery? Go to store and see if you can try out a known good battery.

Have you tried reloading the device OS?

Also, if you are asking for help, it's a good idea if you include detailed information so that others know what you are talking about. Just saying "nothing happens" is not really useful.

Try a spare battery, like Tiassa said. My Flip started doing the "talk to the red light, 'cuz I ain't listening" flash at about the two year mark. The battery was bulging and needed to be replaced.
