help - my BB wont turn on

My pearl flip wont turn on. I bought a new battery, no change. I tried to reload the OS and have the most recent version of the desktop software but nothing is working.

When I run the application loader I make it as far as "Reconnecting to JVM" and then get an error message saying "Application loader unable to connect with your device. Please re-connect you device, enter the password, if required, and click retry." I did not disconnect my BB at any point during this intall but nothing seems to work.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

read similar posts on this before and theysaid take the sim out, take the battery out. put both back, the BB pearl should restart...not sure if this will work for u but it worked for those individuals..................good luck
