help me blackberry flip users... PLEASE!!!!!

ok so im not sure if that image will show. ive tried MULTIPLE times to try and upload the new os onto my phone. it's to the point now that I'm very frustrated. There is a blackberry 101 how to install an OS on your phone. i pulled that up and followed it word by word and still no luck. it seems as if even though i downloaded the new os it isnt showing up. when i go the the app loader it only shows the apps that i currently haveo n my phone. ive downloaded mulitiple os even the one where i had to delete the vendor document. ive tried eveything. if someone could help i really would appreciate it. BTW im aware im not the best tech guy but everyone else seems to have no problem uploading it and its just frustrating that i cant. thanks!

no one has responded to this post yet. im the type of person i dont give up. so as im typing the new os is in the finishing stages on my laptop. i FINALLY got this thing i work. so i hope nothing crashes on my phone or it goes to ****. we will see.

When you downloaded the OS files to your PC presumably you ran the exe file you downloaded to install it to the PC?

Try uninstalling them all and just installing one (add/remove programs in windows control panel is handy for that)...

Just to help out others with this problem if you wouldn't mind describing some of the things you did differently to make it install... Thanks, and I'm glad to see you got it figured out and working.

Well truthfully i cant be sure what i did to make it work. i kept trying. i would uninstall the os from my laptop and then try installing it again. i tried multiple sources. i didnt just download it from one site i downloaded multiple version. finally it worked. now not even a week after my download my phone is rebooting by itself... which isnt good because my phone has been a lot faster. any help?

If it doesn't like the OS you managed to get installed, you can always try to reinstall it or try a different OS.
