so i been having some service problems with my EDGE.. sometimes it would go of caps and goo to lower case edge.. then it would go to SOS.. very irritting and the t-mobile 611 CS doesnt know crap. seriously they are no help. you call them and get transfered back and forth and have to waste your time to explain your situation to each person.. WTF seriously.

so anyhow i went to the tmobile store to swap out for a new sim card hopefully this helps..
