How do i get rid of the old users facebook and put in my own as well as email?

I would suggest wipe handheld - options -> security options -> general settings -> hit the BB menu, select "wipe handheld". This will take your Flip back to the factory default state and remove all the personal data. If there is anything on there that you still want/need, back it up first.
