Fed up!

I have the CRAPberry pearl 8230 flip. I hate it! For the past week I have not been able to save pictures. It takes the picture, but when I go to the folder its saved in and click on the picture, it comes up BLACK with a red X at the top left corner. Also, my flash doesn't work either.. AND, my internet stopped working for NO reason. I tried everything in the book but NOTHING helps. HELP!

How long have you had this device? Aren't they pretty old now? I doubt you still have a warranty?

I have only had it for 2 months. Haven't had any problems since a week ago.. Never dropped it or got it wet.. Confusing.

Did you just purchase it from your carrier? I would call into them if this is the case as it sounds like a hardware issue that may be covered by your 1-year warranty.. I didn't know they were still selling those things!

There aren't too many 8220 users around; I wouldn't expect an answer from any of them too quickly... Regardless, where did you purchase this device? Was it from your carrier? I'm telling you, your best bet is to make a claim on your warranty (if you have one). Issues with your camera's flash not working are most likely hardware issues and not exactly something you will solve by looking around on a forum unless you're going to change out the camera yourself...

Call VerizonWireless @ (800) 922-0204. Alltel was purchased by VerizonWireless and if anyone can help you it will be them.

1. I know some flips have issues with memory cards/pictures and so on. Basic suggestion would be just to Call VZN and see what they can do for you. You might be able to just cut your losses and upgrade. I know a friend of mine was able to.
