Hey Everyone. I couldn't find anything here to help on this particular problem... I've found threads on how to clean and replace track balls... but my problems is... neither worked.

The ball works and rolls... but it goes wherever it wants. Sometimes down is right, sometimes right is left... and up pretty much never works. It just has a mind of it's own. Could this be a phone issue? The trackball that's in it is for a regular pearl but we made it work. The regular pearl flip track ball did exactly what this one is doing.

Thoughts?

Did you get the phone wet? When I dropped my Pearl into water, the ball never worked correctly again.
