Cant Edit or delete Email settings

i entered my email address that i was using at the time. I now have a different email and have been trying to change it to my new one for a while now. Whenever i go to change it under "E-Mail Settings" it brings me to a place where it asks me to log in, the problem is i forgot my username and password and i enter what i think is my ID is tells me "Your password has been successfully sent to your blackberry device" the problem then is that it never ends up send my password to my blackberry. So i am stuck and have no clue what to do.

If anyone can help with this any ideas? that would be great!

You might have to use master reset and start fresh..
That's what I'm doing to one of my BB so I can give it to my son.
