    Default Caller id number not showing on external display

    i have caller display (both name and number), yet when I receive a call, only the name of the person shows up on the external number. How do I get the number of the person calling to show up as well?

    can u tell me how can i get wt do u have... i mean stop showing the Id number when ever i receive a call .. and show the name only
