can someone please upload the cod/alx file for blackberry news app?

I can't download it at app world due to location. I tried using a proxy, but it insists my radio will be on, and then it knows my location :-(
would appreciate if someone can upload it here.

just couldn't find any other rss with notifications for my device (pearl 8220).
