Blackberry Flip 8220 front screen problem

on the preview screen on the outside of my phone all it shows is T MOBILE in their colors. I can not see any other thing else, like watch or taken picture. If you help me I will be glad that. Thank you

did you reload or try to shrink the OS at any time? Did you remember to include the "Blackberry Attachment Service" (I think that is the counter intuitive piece you need), the front screen display is controlled by that.
