8220 Incoming calls don't display on external screen

I just bought a new unlocked 8220 and I have everything working but my incoming call notification or clock will not show up on the external screen....can anyone help me please!!!

I had that happen once after an OS upgrade. Try a battery pull. If that doesn't work, go into Options, Advanced Options, Applications and make sure BlackBerry Attachment Service is installed. If it's not, use Desktop Manager to install it. I don't know why but early Flip OS versions use the Attachment Service to manage the outer screen.
