Berryweather icon in theme

I was hoping someone could help... I've been looking for hours for a theme that can use the berryweather icon on the main screen.

How hard is it to add this feature to an existing theme?

Check out oolunchbox's KDE4.2 theme. Here's the link to the 2 versions for the 82XX. The weater one has the weather icon on the main screen (it needs to be placed the 1st icon on the 2nd row of your home screen)
