Default Another Today theme

I have created a more basic today theme - I added only calendar detail to the home screen of a basic "precision" theme and used the "BOLDish" wallpaper. I can upload screenshots and the cod file if anyone is interested.

Yes, please upload it. That is the exact theme I've been waiting for. Thanks!

Here it is! The first three icons on the home screen come from the device application order. The fourth, the media player, is fixed. Four calendar items are shown.

I was thinking of taking the fourth icon from the app order and increasing the number of calendar items.

Pic is from Plazmic.

Here's the files. This theme is just for the Flip, but I suppose I could be talked into creating it for other models as well.

After using it for a day I didn't like it so much... so I modified it. This theme now has six calendar items and five user-customizable icons. Navigation has been altered somewhat and works better for me. I'll post the new one when I'm done tweaking.

Default Basic Today Calendar - 8220 - 4.6

Bonus! here's not just one but TWO Today variants. The first one is a modified version of what I posted last time. It now has five customizable icons on the bottom dock and navigation has been improved, at least for me This theme uses the BOLDish wallpaper found here on Crackberry.com. The calendar in the Today area has six items.

Default Basic Today - 8220 - 4.6

Here's #2. This one also has five user-customizable icons on the bottom, but the today area will show six items from the icon you have highlighted on the bottom, if appropriate. For example, if you have your calendar icon highlighted on the bottom dock the next six items in your calendar are shown. If you move the highlight to your messages icon you will see up to six unread items from your messages folder instead. This theme uses the BOLDish wallpaper found here on Crackberry.com.

By request, here is a version of the Calendar theme but with a larger font.

I love the theme, but I just had a quick question. I noticed that when I get a text message, it shows two indicators saying that I have a new text message. Is this a bug or any way to only show one indicator?

Thanks!

Have you set your SMS and Email inboxes to Combined, Separate, or Theme Controlled?

I'm using the Hidden Today (I called it Basic Today earlier) and I only get one notice when a SMS message arrives. I am set to Separate email and SMS inboxes.

I was using the regular today with calendar theme. I tried switching it to separate, combined, and theme controlled and they all showed two message indicators. I'll try the calendar with the larger font when I get home and see if I get the same problem.
