Is there anyway to change the color of the bar when you scroll? example if youre reading your texts and you scroll through, for instance, the bar that highlights the message is black. anyway to change that without having to download a whole new theme?

Have you tried Plazmic out yet? It is a nifty program for making your own themes as well as editing current preset themes.
