In Search of Dallas Cowboy Theme

Hey! My friend has a BB 8130 and is looking for a Dallas Cowboys theme.
We both searched multiple sites and were unable to find one with the icons vertically on the right side. Has anyone found/have one like that?

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
