Purchased Theme never downloaded..?

I purchased a theme a week ago, it got charged to my credit card and everything, but never got e-mailed to me for download...has anyone had this happen before or can anyone help me?

Maybe check your spam folder? If you still don't find it I would contact the site you purchased it from, they will definitely be able to help you.

From what site did you purchase the theme? If it was from our store you can download it by logging into your accout at BlackBerry Apps My Account - Crackberry BlackBerry Software Store.

I have been checking my spam folder daily, with nothing there. I purchased the theme from this site. I am now trying to sign in and download it. I will let you know how that goes, thanks for the tip!

Thanks Adam, I am a new user and I was confused about where the download link was being sent. I have it installed now and it works. Wondering if maybe you can tell me how to get rid of App icons that I uninstalled though. I uninstalled "MySpace" but the icon still appears on the device. If you can help, it'd be appreciated. Or anyone who knows. Thanks
