installing theme issue

Hello everyone

i just spent sometime searching and didnt find anything with my issue and its baffling me....

i am a theme developer so this issue is just total eluding me to the point that i want to throw this phone against the wall...

anyways, i made a theme for the 8100 using the latest version of theme studio. exported for 8100 4.5...

now i'm trying to load it on a 8130 running 4.5.0.173... NOTHING... wont load OTA, DM< or force loading the CODs via BBSAK... it shows under options> advanced> applications> menu> modules... but thats it... not in themes, not in applications...

its just baffling me... normally when this happens it means the theme was download for a different device (like i downloaded a theme for say the bold) but i know this isnt the case as i'm exporting it myself... lol

GAAH!!!! HELP!! lol for the life of me i dont know...

any thoughts?
