From Your BlackBerry Browser, Go To www.ByWiFi.com

1) Make sure you guys have full bars and data service
2) Click "Save It" NOT "Realtime Stream"
3) Once the video finishes Transcoding than the website will tell you: "This video is ready, save now."
4) Click Save, your BB will ask you if you want to Open, Save or Cancel. Click Open or Save.
5) Make Sure You Guys Have Enough Memory On/In Your Phone**
6) File Must Be Less Than 5MB or You Wont Be Able To Download It
7) After Viewing The Video, Hit Menu, Then "Save" (That's If You Want To Save It)
8) Enjoy

**One of my Co-Workers was having the same Issues you guys are having, he deleted some ringtones, themes, applications and other stuff he didnt need and now he can watch YouTube videos.
NOTE: He Doesnt Have Micro SD Card So He DOES NOT Save The Videos To His BB.
