Hello! I'm wondering if anyone can help me or if I'm out of luck.
I bought an almost new 8130 for use with US Cellular. When turning the phone on or off, the splash screen comes up with the US cellular logo. The logo is the default background as well. When I took it in to have it turned on, no problem. The phone works fine for voice calls and text messages, but the mobile network is listed as Cellular South, and US Cellular tells me that I can never use it for email or anything internet related because it is "not a US Cellular phone". They say the guy sold me a "bunk" phone. The guy I bought it from says the US Cellular techs are wrong.
Who's telling the truth? Can I change the Mobile Network setting? Am I screwed? Help!!
