I have my work email REDIRECTED to my Pearl 8130 via [email protected] (SMS thru email). Problem: I am NOT receiving all of my emails. Please help me solve this problem. I need access to ALL of my work emails.
Go to options - advanced options - service book - you should see the email address in the list (usually at the top). If it is not listed there, try going through bb setup wizard and add the address. It may take a few minutes for the server to "push" email through but once it does, you should be good to go.
Not sure if the 160 character limit has to do with getting email pushed through - I know it does have some issue when trying to view large attachments.
