Hi been searching for this so thought I'd just ask, even though t-mobile uk's web site says we have 'good' GPRS coverage my daughters 8110 wont move from GSM, ive backed everything up and done a master reset from the handset, still no joy! (I have an 8320, 8900 and my partners 8100 are all ok! very weird!) Her os is 4.5.0.69 Any ideas would be great! cheers guys and girls.

Wow, that IS weird. I had this issue where the signal quality would go haywire and fluctuate between GPRS and GSM all day long, only when I was at home. Eventually it went to GSM completely. My wife who uses the 8310 had the same problem. As both of us uses the same carrier, we told about the problem to them. It worked, they checked the network at our area and fixed it.

Dunno if your problem is a network one but I suggest you try asking your carrier. Or try matching options between your devices.
