I was having problems with my berry so i desided to wipe out my device and for some reason when i went to my setup wizard to bring back my e-mail apps iy gave me a error. what can i do to fix this?i have a pearl 8120 thanks

I would say wipe and reinstall. Sounds like a file did not get transferred over properly or became corrupted during the reinstall.

You shouldn't need to reload the os. Go to your carriers BIS site, login, and resend your service books.
