Press the menu button to get the full icon listing. Now select the PROFILES icon (looks like a speaker) and then scroll down to ADVANCED. Now select the profile you are using. In my case it is LOUD and has (ACTIVE) next to it.
Now inside there you will see a long list of options. Simply select PHONE and set the volume to HIGH.
