Yes, Desktoptop Manager is freely available to all. You have to register on the site so please don;t call yourself Mr. M. Mouse of Florida cuz that's me.

The only limitation on Desktop Manger version is which version of MS Office you are running. You will need to look this up on BlackBerry cuz I can't remember the product functionality matrix.
