Does anyone have the link for the WB OTA for a pearl 8130? Every time I search it takes me to Storm pages. Also looking for the NFL icon for my home screen, I had to replace my device and lost all of my apps! Ugh!

I click on that link, and it says I have to pay to use Weatherbug on the Pearl. I had it on my Storm and it was free. Is this right? Does it require purchasing to use on the Pearl?
