I set up my Desktop Manager, boot it up



This is what happens once I get to the Uploading ROM or RAM bit..

This message then shows up...



The Box above with the RED Cross says :

RUN TIME ERROR
Program: ...Research in Motion/RIMDeviceManager/RIMDeviceManager.exe
Abnormal Program Termination

I have reinstalled BB Desktop Manager again
Tried this many times

Red light shows on the BB and just restarts (thank god)

I really need some help here I have just fell out with my BB since it won't upgrade.. It feels old

You are very lucky, when I was trying to update my pearl to the new 4.5 for the 8130 it totally screwed up my BB. Now I am trying to get the regular Verizon 4.3 on it so I can have all my stuff again luckily I backed up my BB so I HOPE there are no issues but if there are OMG!!!! haha

It's an Error 507

I think your wrong there but since you are a Chelsea supporter like me. I forgive you

I found out what the problem was... lol

Its pretty simple really I had connected my BB through my USB hub ... So that was the problem

I connected my BB directly into a USB port on my PC and it just worked...
I turned ZoneAlarm off aswell but I don't know if that really helped haha

Soo happy!

Just waiting on it "Connecting to Device is taking ages...
Update is finished nearly
