how come every time i try to update my OS, i get all the way through the erasing and all the other steps but it always gets to the initialization at the end and just says connecting to device with the hourglass. It lasts forever. I always have to stop it then turn on the phone and restore the files and settings i had from the back up i did before i updated the os (because i knew it would do this). Does anyone know why this happens every time?
