I am tryin to figure out more about my bb. I have had it for about a year and a half and am just now getting excited bout all the cool stuff you can do with them. I got frustrated right away because i couldn't send pix messages or watch video online. If I update the os will i be able to do those things? I was also told that because i have a bissness verson that I will loose my email setup and have to contact my network cord. is that true?

Yes when you upgrade the OS your BES password must be reset. Your IT department should be able to get you going afterwards.
