I am getting the unsupported file error on video playback from video recorded from my BB. I don't know where to begin trying to figure this out, I am wondering if its the OS that I upgraded to

Does it only happen with that single video file? Have you tried recording more videos and tried playing them back? This can sometimes happen due to a corrupted file.

The video that I was trying to play was recorded using the BB, it was its own video it wouldn't play
