I'm a new bb Pearl 8120 user. I've been sent an email which has links to bbc sports videos- but these won't play. Please give me idiots guide to sorting it!
You have to click the link as the email limits the size of the file ... Or it won't play as you need to upgrade to a newer oprating software... I would give links to do so but I'm on my phone
