Hi, Not sure if this subject has been raised before but I am having trouble deleting received sms text messages from some people. When a particular work colleague or my partner texts me occasionally I cannot delete their messages unless I try to delete the, then open and remove the battery replace it and power up. At this point the messages are deleted. Does anyone know why and how I can get around the problem
i would verify that you are running a newer, if not the newest, os available. you can also back up contacts, calendar entries, etc. and wipe the handheld...then manually transfer your contacts and such back over with the desktop manager. you will have to manually reinstall any apps though.
