HELP! I can't figure this out.

I have downloaded a few themes onto my computer, but when I go to connect my BB to my computer and 'add' the program, it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?

If it makes a difference, I am running on Windows Vista....

That is exactly what I am seeing. I downloaded device-specific driver/application package for your handheld model, as the link suggested... but it doesn't open on my computer. I get an error that reads 'it's not a valid win32 application'

Make sure the theme is compatible with your device

it is -- that software isnt loading on my computer.. not the theme

try updating your software on your phone if possible and try again.
