Please help! When I use the trackball I can access all features on the desktop of my Pearl except the call log. What is up? This is driving me crazy. I just got this phone and I absolutely love it, but now I can't go to my call log to see when people called. The trackball is working, but it keeps locking up and I have to push the end call button to get it to not lock up.

Wow, that's crazy, i'm sorry to hear of your trouble!

Have you tried pulling the battery out and restarting it?

YES! I'm so glad! it's silly, but i feel most of the problems caused by electronics are remedied by simply restarting them, unplugging them, etc
