Lately my track ball seems like it has sank into my phone...it used to be raised above the surrounding keys now it seems almost parallel to them...have to be careful
When pushing so I don't hit options or back...any thoughts? Wouldn't be a warranty defect would it? Its only 2 months old. Thanks

Well being that it is only 2 months old and assuming that you purchased the phone in a way that the warranty was available to you and still valid I would take it for "repair".
I have T-Mobile and their "centers" are very good with the customers (in my experiences), but I know that is not the case with all carriers. However, at the same time I do not have experience with BB customer support. I guess I would call BB first see what they say. At 2 months even the most zealous BB user shouldn't have these issues.
