My phone was working fine until recently. I can receive mms picture and video but when I try to send I get a red x. If I try to reply to a mms message I still get a red x. After going through the steps with tech support (re-register, service books, battery pull) I was told I had to reinstall the software for the phone. Does anyone have any advice before I go through the whole download and reinstall process again?
