Ok everyone... I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question but I wanted to know something about hotmail/outlook. I read that to have your hotmail emails go to your BB you have to have hotmail plus. So I just purchased that! But now what?!

I deleted my old email on my BB and then readded to see if that would work but so far it hasn't worked and I haven't received any emails yet. And my other question is how do I sync the calendar in outlook to my BB calendar? Can you do that?

Any info you guys can give me on any of this would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

You would need to use Desktop Manager to sync with your Outlook calendar. Have you installed it?

Yes I have! I went to the synchronize option but then I get kinda confused with all the options from there? I wasn't sure which boxes to check, etc.

Just choose outlook calendar leave the default setting alone, that's the simplest way,

Thanks! So one last question... when you click the synchronize option is the only box that should be checked the "update's device date and time"? Sorry for all the stupid questions.

Sychronize organizer data needs to be checked if you want your calender to sync.

I don't sync my time. I want the time from my carrier server.

    Got it thanks so much!

I promise this will be my last question, I just got an email sent to me and I read it on the phone but when I went to my outlook it was still showing as unread. Is that supposed to be like that or is there a way to change it so that if I read it on the phone it shows up as read in my outlook?

Well, it depends how you have it set-up.

In your message folder, hit menu then options, and select email reconcillation, select your email address and if wireless reconcile is on then it will mark read from your mail server.
