I'm new at this BB thing. I'm not sure how to set it up so that everything sync's properly. If I set a new appointment on the BB, I want it to make it to Outlook. If I delete something in outlook, I want it deleted in BB. So far, when I set a two way sync, nothing gets deleted on the BB.

WELCOME gleforge!!! When you open DM then click on syncronize, click on the configuration tab and click on configure sync. Once you specify your options in here it should update both the BB and Outlook with the newest changes.
