Well when I click on the icon for the sprint music store the screen doesn't change until the light fades then when I hit a button the screen comes back all white..I have to hit my end call button and it goes back to the regular menu. Anyone know whats going on with my phone?
I would try pulling the battery, then retrying sprint music store, if that still does not work, u might have a BBB (BrokenBlackBerry) lol.....stupid i know, anyways, your best bet if the battery pull doesnt work is to take it back
I tried that..I might take it back when I'm near the sprint store..but for now I can live without the sprint music store..in fact I'll be saving money now since I can't access it. I went ahead and hid the icon so I won't see it.
The store is such a pain and I'm looking at maybe a hour or two wait and everything else on the phone works great so I'll live with it for now.
