Log in by using the username and password you created when you set up your email
Then on the left hand side you should see something called service books, click that then you should see Resend Service Books, click that and you should be good to go
If you call into CS they should be able to do it for you, just ask to speak to technical support for BB and tell the rep you need to resend your service books, he/she can do it for you or will give you your password and username.
