I have a couple of questions/problems:

1) I noticed the other day that my call log and messages disappear without any warning. Where do they go? Is there any way to stop this?
2) Sometimes when I call out, the caller can hear me but I cant hear them and the only way to solve the problem is to do a battery pull and reboot. Any other options?
3) Browser takes forever to open up, any suggestions to increase its speed?
4) Any good "theme" recommendations for the Pearl?

I like my BB and I know Im not using it to its full capabilities but thank goodness for this site. I am learning quite a bit of valuable information.

Sounds like you are low on memory... not sure how that happens exactly but there are other threads here that explain how to free up device memory. Search for "Stoner's Guide" on this topic (I am not that advanced to explain)

Check under options - status - file free memory - is the number under 12,000,000?

Make sure you are closing out of your applications correctly by pressing menu button(button to the left of trackball) scroll down and select close. Get a media card to store pictures, ringtones, videos, etc. You do not want these on your device memory or they will chew up drastic amounts of memory, especially pictures. Take the time to read up on your device here in the forums, you will thank yourself...

Definetly low on memory. Buy at least a 4 gig card and you will be good to go .
