I have a Verizon Pearl. I have noticed that the phone turns itself off very randomly. My memory is 12 to 8. All I have to do is hit the "end call button" and it comes back on.

Anyone have suggestions?

Here are a few suggestions:

1. battery pull for 30 seconds - do this with the power ON

2. please post a list of all 3rd party apps you are running (viigo, weather eye, etc.)

3. what OS are you running? (options > about > 3rd line). you will probably need to upgrade your firmware.

Let's start there and see what happens. Another general note; always close apps properly when not in use.

I did the battery pull last night, so far so good, I'll keep you updated.
