[cant live witout my bb]

I have a question about service books. When I get a long email and select more. I get a msg that reads "more request can not be completed. Service book not found". What can I do about that?

I did that and its not working. I can't open attachments either. I received some pics via email and can't retrieve them. I've done a battery pull, resent the service books, typed in lglg while holding the alt key and deleted that info. I'm honestly at my wits end is weezie defective or am I doing something wrong? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
