send/receive EMAILS but no calls or texts!

hi all,

suddenly tonight, i could not make phone calls or send text messages. i can, however, send and receive emails to my phone. it's strange, i have 2-3 bars, so full service, but when i try to make phone calls, after a few seconds it jus says "CALL FAILED please try again", and when i try to send a text, it attempts to send it, but just shows a red X once it doesn't work.
i've done battery pulls, turned my radio on and off, nothing seems to help. what should i do?

Go to your call Log. At the very top it should say "line 1:" (followed by your phone number) or you have a "line2:" Make sure your main line is selected or you won't get any calls. Hope this helps.
