To start off, yes, my profile is set on loud. Question: How come when I go into the media and listen to the ringtone, it is very loud, then when I place it as a ringtone and someone calls it is really quiet, yet it tells me it is loud?

Go to.... profiles-advanced-active-phone....where it says volume make sure you have it set at high

Mine annoyed me so much, I got rid of all of the preloaded ones to free up memory.
There are free tones on the front page of this site that work fine, and a good free tone clipper is audacity, you can easily make your own and amplify em.
