I somehow seem to have turned off all audio alerts, including my alarm, ringtones and calendar alerts. I use a custom profile to control my ringtones and whatnot, but I have not made any changes to it that should cause this problem. I also tried switching to the default "Normal" profile and I still don't get any audio alerts or rings.

Is there something I might have done outside of the profiles to "quiet" my phone? Thanks.

While the phone is running pull the battery if you haven't changed any of the settings yourself this should fix the issuea

I have the same issue. The battery removal worked for 1 day and it is doing it again. I am not happy as I rely on my phone as an alarm clock.

Is it docked (plugged in via usb)? This changes the default ring profile
