I installed the newest OS version for my pearl 8120, now every time I sync it with my desktop manager it shows me, that I can update the software, if I ok it, it shows me "error 200" reset, and I have to reset my device, any suggestions??

First of all thank you so much, and second is is the device software, I don't know why the DM doesn't realize that I have the latest version, it keeps on offering me the 4.5 version.

Thank you too for your advise, however my bb works, it just dos a reset, like as if you took the battery out.
