I recently (last thursday) entered into the world of blackberry after a fair amount of research. I ended up going with the pearl 8110 from rogers and I have been extremely happy with it. Unfortunately I found that it seems to be freezing during simple applications (changing ring tones, copy & paste) and most recently the alt key began to freeze leaving the ABC image on the top right corner of the screen.
Long story short rogers has graciously sent out a replacement for me but I was wondering will I lose my PIN when I switch to the replacement?
Anyone hear of these types of problems before on the pearl?
