hi, I'm new here, just got my phone a few days ago.

I'm having a problem uploading my pics from my phone, to my pc.

I hook up the usb to the pc, that's no problem. Everything works fine, I can browse the blackberry from my pc. But when I go to "pictures" folder, there is nothing in there. Which there should be, unless maybe I have to go to all file types.

Also, before I can get my bb going to the pc, it says something about enabling mass storage mode. unless I have mass storage mode clicked on, I can't have any connection to the pc.

anyways, any help much appreciated.

Do you have a media card in your device? If so maybe looking in the wrong place. Yes you can connect to your device w/o enabeling mass storage but it won't read the media card.

ok but if I don't enable mass storage. I can't access my bb whatsoever..?

ok, I tried again to hook up my bb to my pc.

my bb said all that about mass storage "yes" or "no".

so I said "no".

now my pc is stuck on "enter a disc into removable drive E"

which I have already done by connecting the usb to drive E..

so far the only way to get my pc to recognize the bb is to answer yes on the bb to to the mass storage question.

any idea?
