Hi
After I ugrade my phone software form 4.3 to 4.5, the star button and the "#" button are not working. What do you think could be the problem? The buttons were working before the upgrade.

Have you tried a battery pull? Pull out the battery while the device is on for 30 seconds then place it back in and it should reboot

Thank you for your answer, but unfortanely I did that already and it did not work, I even received a replacement phone because I thought it was something really wrong with the phone, but the same thing happended with this new phone as soon as I upgrade the software.
